Koh Ta Kiev Island is 10 Kilometers from the coast of Otres Beach in SihanoukVille, Cambodia.  Many of the trips start from Otres Beach or Ocheteaul Beach.

The trip typically takes 55 minutes in a fishing boat from Otres Beach, or 10 minutes in a boat from Ream National Park.  You can boat around the island in about 20 minutes.

The Last Point bungalows and Ten 103 Treehouse Bay both have boat trips from Otres Beach.

On the island, walking is the only transportation.
