Koh Ta Kiev Island is a small island 10 kilometers off the coast of SihanoukVille, Cambodia in the Bay of Thailand.  The island is 28 square kilometers.

This undeveloped island is soon to be domesticated, but you have until the next few years to enjoy an untouched (almost) tropical paradise.

Scuba diving and snorkeling, jungle treks, fishing, swimming, and exploring the island and waters are about the only activities here.

Some of the accommodations are quite civilized, while others have dorm rooms on the beach, hammocks, or tents.

It's about 55 minutes in a fishing boat (15 minutes in a speedboat) to get to the island from Otres Beach, and there are several boat tours that stop on Koh Ta Kiev Island just for an hour or two for snorkeling and playing.  While 10km from SihanoukVille, the island is 1km from Ream National Park, and you get here by boat in 2 to 15 minutes.
